Who qualifies as a valid referral?
A valid referral is a new client who completes a consultation and books their first project with us. They must not be a prior customer or have engaged with Alliance Direct previously.
When do I receive my reward?
Your reward is processed within 7 days after your referral completes their initial project payment. We will notify you via email the moment it is ready.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there is no cap. You can refer as many qualified individuals or businesses as you'd like, and you will earn a reward for every successful new project booked.
How do I choose between cash and credit?
Once your referral's project is officially booked and confirmed, we will email you a selection form. You can choose either the $100 Cash or the $200 Service Credit at that time.
Can I refer my own property or business?
Referrals must be for a separate individual or distinct business entity. Self-referrals for your own properties do not qualify for the program.
What if my referral forgets to mention my name?
Just mention it to us and we will grant you the reward, we want to pay our referral partners.

Qualifying referrals must result in a completed Alliance Direct installation by 11:59:59 PM CT on December 31, 2026. Estimates, consultations, signed proposals, deposits, and scheduled projects do not qualify unless the installation is completed by the deadline.
